Bryan Landon from Idaho Falls, Idaho and Masanori ‘Masa’ Tsuda from Nara, Japan, were competitors in the 2018 Trail Hero Fab Fours Trail Breaker challenge at Sand Hollow State Park in Hurricane, Utah, Oct. 5. The trail was freshly scouted and had never been run, with the nine world-class competitors the first to ever traverse it. The rock crawler drivers were not able to do any advance scouting of the trail and each competitor was forbidden from watching any of the other competitors on the course. A true test of man and machine versus the trail.
